Beautiful video. Don’t know if it was intentional mentioning performing for the troops last year and it happens to be Veterans Day but the subconscious works in mysterious ways. That must have been amazing entertaining the troops.
That was completely unintentional. Wow, I should have made that connection. And it was amazing, I could do a little video with my pictures. Maybe I will do that.
I have not given up on it! I don't even think of it as a diet, but as I diet - ha. A way of eating, the only way, now. I don't think I'll ever eat carbs the way I used to. And yes, it was rare for the windy cold weather. It's warmer now...
Yikes, the wind was going to blow you away at the end. Love seeing the Groundlings pictures on Laraine and Kathy's pages. Heard about "Cowgirl's Last Ride" looking forward to that.
I don't have anything especially profound to add this week, except to say: of course we would enjoy hearing what you're cooking (or attempting to cook; either way)! Food is always welcome.
I had to get a jumper just to watch this, it looked freezing 🥶
I miss spending time with my comedian friends. It’s hard to explain to people what it feels like to be among comedy people when the vibe is right, there’s nothing like it. You’ve added another place to go when I eventually get up the courage to risk my life with a visit to the USA 😳😁
Quick recording in wind tip, record a short 360 video and watch it back, you’ll hear which direction the wind is worst, just remember not to face that direction when recording. I also find it easier to stand still when it’s windy, I usually sit down.
In the early 50s, my family (grandmother, uncle, aunt, mother, sister) and I lived in an apartment above a vacant storefront on Rosencrans Ave. in Manhattan Beach. Everyone over the age of ten was divorced. But for me the memory of that cracked-up time is still precious. Thanks for reminding me of that long ago time.
Julia. Love seeing you each week.
TIM!!!! I thought of you when I watched the swimmer. We must walk at the beach. I can't believe you are retiring. Sea change!

Groundlings! So fun!

Rare cold, windy weather for California. I'd love to see your recipes. I hope you haven't given up on your diet.

Yes, I'm glad they had pictures up too. Excited about Cowgirl's Last Ride. Not sure when it's going to shoot.
Your insight into your 50's and 60's regarding relaxation is beautiful. I see it and hear it in you! Thanks for sharing--as always.
I would love it if you did a cooking episode. How about a soup?!
Btw I love this background of the Pacific . Being on the East coast the Atlantic is so different .
Fun and laughter !! Thanks for sharing !! And yes we want the recipe for the 🤠 COWBOY COOKIES
